Actual Receipts definition

Actual Receipts means the sum of all riparian buffer mitigation payments made to the Program in the rate area at the time of calculation.

Actual Receipts means with respect to any period, the actual operating receipts of the Loan Parties during such period by the Loan Parties that correspond to the heading “Operating Receipts” (which does not include “Repatriations”) as set forth in the Latest Forecast.
