Actual Nameplate Capacity definition

Actual Nameplate Capacity means, with respect to a Designated System, the actual Nameplate Capacity of such Designated System recorded immediately prior to Energization, as indicated by Seller in its ABP Part II Application and as recorded in Schedule B to the Product Order.
