Actual Disbursements definition

Actual Disbursements means the actual disbursements of the Loan Parties during the relevant Period, including all cash outflows from each Loan Party including, without limitation, any transfers to any Foreign Subsidiary.

Actual Disbursements means the sum of all operating disbursements, expenses and payments made by the Note Parties (other than transaction-related payments and professional fees and expenses) during the relevant period of determination, as determined in a manner consistent with the Budget.

Actual Disbursements means, with respect to any period set forth in the then Approved Cash Flow Forecast, the amount of the actual “Operating Disbursements” incurred by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries during such period.

More Definitions of Actual Disbursements

Actual Disbursements means with respect to any period, as the context requires, (x) the actual amount of disbursements made by the Loan Parties during such period by the Loan Parties that correspond to each line item (on a line item by line item basis) under the heading “Operating Disbursements” in the Latest Forecast and/or (y) the sum, for such period, of all such actual disbursements for all such line items which comprise “Operating Disbursements” (as set forth in the Latest Forecast), on a cumulative basis, in each case, as determined by reference to the Latest Forecast as then in effect.
