Actual Curtailment definition

Actual Curtailment means production that is curtailed via dispatch signals from ERCOT when actual Wind Project node clearing price is lower than the Wind Project’s offer price for real time energy, and is calculated as the difference between theoretical production that would have been delivered if the Wind Project was not being curtailed, minus actual metered production. “Assumed Basis” means the assumed Basis included in the Financial Model for the period the transmission lines were not operational. “Assumed Curtailment” means the assumed Curtailment included in the Financial Model for the period the transmission lines were not operational. “Basis” shall mean the integrated real time price at the North Hub minus the integrated real time price at the Wind Project node for each 15-minute period. “Curtailed Period Lost Opportunity Price” shall mean the Curtailment weighted price at the North Hub minus the Assumed Basis during the period the transmission lines were not operational.

  • The number of hours of curtailment for a given year as agreed upon by 90 OSS/OSW and Project Owner and memorialized in writing in accordance with this subsection shall be the Actual Curtailment Hours.

  • In the case of the Curtailment Indemnity, if the Actual Curtailment during the period the transmission lines were not operational exceeds the Assumed Curtailment for such period, the Seller shall pay to the Purchaser an amount equal to 39.69% of the positive difference between the Actual Curtailment and the Assumed Curtailment, multiplied by the Curtailed Period Lost Opportunity Price.

  • At the end of each fiscal year, Project Owner shall create an annual report using the SCADA system (hereinafter the “annual report”) to show the sum of hours the Project was curtailed during that fiscal year, as recorded by Project Owner, and a historical schedule showing Actual Curtailment Hours for all preceding years of the Project's operation.

  • Contractual Currency has the meaning given in Clause 21.5;

  • Virtual currency means a digital representation of value used as a medium of exchange, unit of account, or store of value, which does not have legal tender status recognized by the United States. The term does not include:

  • Actual Contribution Percentage means, with respect to a Plan Year, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the sum of the amount of (a) Matching Contributions, (b) After-Tax Contributions, (c) Qualified Nonelective ESOP Contributions, and (d) Tax Deferred Contributions recharacterized as After-Tax Contributions, made on behalf of the Participant for the Plan Year to the Participant’s Testing Compensation for the Plan Year.

  • Curtailment Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor which is not a Principal Prepayment in Full.

  • Actual Payment means, with respect to a Receivable and a Collection Period, all payments received by the Servicer from or for the account of the related Obligor on such Receivable during such Collection Period, net of any Supplemental Servicing Fees attributable to such Receivable.

  • Recovered Costs means any amounts referred to in clauses (d) and/or (e) of the definition of “Defaulted Mortgage Loan Purchase Price” that, at the time of determination, had been previously paid or reimbursed to any Servicer from sources other than collections on or in respect of the Mortgage Loan or the Mortgaged Property (including, without limitation, from collections on or in respect of loans other than the Mortgage Loan).

  • Refundable credit means the amount of the City income tax that was paid on the non-distributed portion, if any, of a nonqualified deferred compensation plan.

  • Virtual Card means a non-physical Card, the use of which is limited to online, phone or mail order purchases and which cannot be used to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM or bank. Any reference to cash withdrawals or to a Physical Card in this Agreement excludes the Virtual Card.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses means the clauses attached hereto as Exhibit 1 pursuant to the European Commission’s decision (C(2010)593) of 5 February 2010 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.

  • Curtailment Period means the period of time during which Seller reduces generation from the Project, pursuant to a Curtailment Order. The Curtailment Period shall be inclusive of the time required for the Project to ramp down and ramp up; provided that such time periods to ramp down and ramp up shall be consistent with the Ramp Rate designated in the Cover Sheet.

  • Curtailment Shortfall For any Distribution Date and for any Curtailment received in the Prior Period, an amount equal to one month’s interest on such Curtailment at the Pass-Through Rate for the applicable Mortgage Loan.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of **** and a storage and handling charge of ****, in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Withheld Amounts shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.
