Actual Cost Basis definition

Actual Cost Basis means the actual cost incurred to complete a service connection installation or any other service provided by the BBWD. This includes but is not limited to, all the labor and related benefits, construction material and equipment overheads. The total actual cost incurred is based on an initial payment, with either a refund to, or added payment required by the customer, upon completion of the work.
