Definition of Actual Contribution Percentage Test


Actual Contribution Percentage Test means the test described in Paragraph 3.07(b)(ii).


Actual Contribution Percentage Test means the test described in Section 5.3(a).

Actual Contribution Percentage Test or “ACP Test” means the test described under Section 4.5.

Examples of Actual Contribution Percentage Test in a sentence

If a lesser reduction would enable the Plan to satisfy the Actual Contribution Percentage Test, only this lesser reduction may be made.
This process must be repeated until the Plan would satisfy the Actual Contribution Percentage Test.
In satisfying the Actual Contribution Percentage Test set forth above, Member Salary Deferrals may be treated as if they were Company Matching Contributions, provided that the requirements of Treasury Regulation Section 1.401(m)-2(a)(6)(ii) are satisfied.
Only Qualified Matching Contributions and Qualified Nonelective Contributions made for the Plan Year may be used for purposes of satisfying the Actual Deferral Percentage Test and Actual Contribution Percentage Test for that same Plan Year.
All or part of the Qualified Nonelective Contributions made with respect to Participants in the Plan, and which are not used to satisfy the Actual Deferral Percentage Test, may be used to satisfy the Actual Contribution Percentage Test.
