Actual Contract Value definition
Actual Contract Value means, with respect to the Supply Contract of each Supplier, as of any date, such Supplier's aggregate Contract Amount and Related Cost Amount funded as of such date pursuant to Purchases hereunder.
Actual Contract Value has the meaning set forth in the A&R NPF Agreement.
