Activity License definition

Activity License means all licenses, permits and other administrative authorizations that are necessary in accordance with the regulations applicable to the Property for the Permitted Use that the Tenant will make of the Property, as well as for the operation of the facilities and services that serve exclusively the Tenant (such as, but not limited to, environmental, start-up and opening licenses).
Activity License means a license, issued by the concerned licensing authority, authorizing the holder of such license to engage, in accordance with the conditions specified therein, in a specific type of business or other activity.

Examples of Activity License in a sentence

  • The Tenant shall provide the Landlord with a copy of its Activity License and any documentation related to the Activity License.
