Activities of Manager. The obligations of Manager pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Management Agreement shall not be construed to preclude Manager from engaging in other activities or business ventures, whether or not such other activities or ventures are in competition with Owner or the business of Owner.
Activities of Manager. The services of the Manager to the Funds are not to be deemed to be exclusive, the Manager being free to render investment advisory, administrative and/or other services to others. It is understood that Trustees, officers, and shareholders of the Trust are or may be or may become interested in the Manager, as directors, officers, employees, or otherwise and that directors, officers and employees of the Manager are or may become similarly interested in the Trust and that the Manager may be or may become interested in the Trust as a shareholder or otherwise.

Activities of Manager. The services of the Manager to the Company and its subsidiaries are not exclusive, and the Manager and/or any of its affiliates may engage in any other business or render similar or different services to others, including, without limitation, the direct or indirect sponsorship or management of other investment-based accounts or commingled pools of capital, however structured, having investment objectives similar to those of the Company, so long as its services to the Company and its subsidiaries hereunder are not impaired thereby, and nothing in this Agreement shall limit or restrict the right of any member, manager, partner, officer or employee of the Manager or any such affiliate to engage in any other business or to devote his or her time and attention in part to any other business, whether of a similar or dissimilar nature, or to receive any fees or compensation in connection therewith (including fees for serving as a director of, or providing consulting services to, one or more of the Company’s portfolio companies, subject to applicable law). So long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment remains in effect, the Manager shall be the only investment adviser for the Company and its subsidiaries, subject to the Manager’s right to enter into sub-advisory agreements. The Manager assumes no responsibility under this Agreement other than to render the services called for hereunder. It is understood that directors, officers, employees and stockholders of the Company are or may become interested in the Manager and its affiliates, as members, directors, managers, partners, officers, employees or otherwise, and that the Manager and directors, officers, employees, partners, stockholders, members and managers of the Manager and its affiliates are or may become similarly interested in the Company as stockholders or otherwise.

The services of the Manager to the Portfolio are not to be deemed to be exclusive, the Manager being free to render investment advisory, administrative and/or other services to others. It is understood that Trustees, officers, and investors of the Trust are or may be or may become interested in the Manager, as directors, officers, employees, or otherwise and that directors, officers and employees of the Manager are or may become similarly interested in the Trust and that the Manager may be or may become interested in the Trust as an investor or otherwise.
Activities of Manager. Except to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, nothing herein shall be deemed to limit or restrict the Manager's right, or the right of any of its officers, directors or employees (whether or not they are a trustee, officer, employee or other affiliated person of the Trust) to engage in any other business or to devote time and attention to the management or other aspects of any other business, whether of a similar or dissimilar nature, or to render services of any kind to any other corporation, trust, firm, individual or association.
Activities of Manager. The Manager agrees to devote adequate business time and efforts (but in any event less than full-time business time and efforts when measured over a calendar year) to its activities under this Management Agreement.

Activities of Manager. The Manager shall devote so much of his time to the affairs of the Company as in his judgment the conduct of the Company's business shall reasonably require and the Manager shall not be obligated to do or perform any act or thing in connection with the business of the Company not expressly set forth herein.
