Active solar energy system definition

Active solar energy system means a solar energy system which operates with mechanical means, including but not limited to motors, pumps and valves.
Active solar energy system means a single system that contains electric generation, a thermal device, or is an energy storage system as defined in section 40-2-202 (2).
