Active Nutrition Business definition

Active Nutrition Business means (i) prior to the consummation of the Active Nutrition Transaction, the active nutrition business and operations of the Company and certain of its Subsidiaries and (ii) after the consummation of the Active Nutrition Transaction, the business and operations of BellRing Brands and its Subsidiaries.
Active Nutrition Business has the same meaning as “Post’s Active Nutrition business” as used in the Registration Statement.

Related to Active Nutrition Business

  • Generation Business means the licensed business (if any) of the Licenseeand any affiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee in the generation of electricity or the provision of Ancillary Services;

  • Air Transportation Business means the carriage by aircraft of persons or property as a common carrier for compensation or hire, or carriage of cargo or mail by aircraft, in air commerce, as defined in 49 U.S.C. § 40102, as amended.

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.

  • Supply Business means the licensed business of the Licensee and anyaffiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee as a Supplier but shall not include the business carried out by the Board in its capacity as public electricity supplier;

  • Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) means a business concern certified as a DVBE by the Office of Small Business Certification and Resources, Department of General Services.

  • Women Business Enterprise (WBE) as used in this policy means a business enterprise that meets all of the following criteria:

  • Distribution Business means the business of operating and maintaining a distribution system for supplying electricity in the area of supply of the Distribution Licensee;

  • Eligible next Michigan business means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.803.

  • Company Business means the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as presently conducted.

  • Transferred Business has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Separation Agreement.

  • Resident Business or “Resident Contractor” means an entity that has a valid resident certificate issued by the NM Taxation and Revenue Department pursuant to Section 13-1-22 NMSA 1978.
