ACTIVE MEMBER ACCOUNT definition

ACTIVE MEMBER ACCOUNT means the account established in terms of Rule 17.7.
ACTIVE MEMBER ACCOUNT means that part of the Fund on and after January 1, 1990 relating to benefits for all Active Members, as defined in Article 8 (Pension Trust Fund).

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.
