Active Driver definition
Active Driver means a Driver that has given at least one ride within a calendar month.
Active Driver means the individual ridesharing driver who (i) purchased a ▇▇▇▇ Operation Model; and (ii) has completed at least one DiDi Transaction during the past twelve-month period as of the date of delivery of ▇▇▇▇ Operation Model to such driver;
