Active consumer definition

Active consumer means a consumer for which an agreement to resolve the consumer's debts has been accepted and who is actively making payments to resolve the debt;
Active consumer means, with respect to an Aggregation Service Company, a Consumer who pays at least one Household Bill ▇▇▇ing the applicable calendar month using such Aggregation Service Company; provided, however, that such Consumer shall not be considered an Active Consumer in any calendar month if the sole Household Bill ▇▇▇d by the Consumer during the applicable month is a Household Bill ▇▇▇d to an Affiliate of the Aggregation Service Company (such excluded Consumer being an "Excepted Consumer").
Active consumer means a customer or a group of jointly acting customers who consume, store or sell electricity generated on their premises, including through aggregators, or participate in demand response or energy efficiency schemes provided that these activities do not constitute their primary commercial or professional activity.
