Activation or "Activated" shall mean the date on which (i) with respect to the Limited Partnership, the Limited Partnership is formed and (ii) with respect to the Production Partnership, the Limited Partnership shall have made its capital contribution to the Production Partnership.

Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
