Action Period definition

  • Notification Period has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.10(b) or 3.10(c) of the Gold Bullion Terms, as the case may be.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Remediation Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);

  • Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.

  • Acquisition Period means any period commencing on the date that a Material Acquisition is consummated through and including the last day of the second full fiscal quarter following the date on which such acquisition is consummated; provided that there shall be at least one full fiscal quarter between any two Acquisition Periods.

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.5(d)(i);

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Decision Period means the period of time established by the Act within which the Board is required to make a Board decision in certain adjudicatory proceedings. (See Subpart C of this Part.)   • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.
