Acticoat Moisture Control Dressing Product definition

Acticoat Moisture Control Dressing Product means the Acticoat moisture control dressing product (referred to in FDA 510 K number K010447) which has the features set out in the Specifications applicable thereto and which was marketed and sold by Nucryst under the tradename “Acticoat Moisture Control Dressing” immediately prior to the Original Effective Date, together with all Improvements thereto which S&N and Nucryst agree in writing to implement;
Acticoat Moisture Control Dressing Product means the product with the specifications set out on Schedule B;

  • COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.
