ACT Unit definition

ACT Unit means the Automatic Custody Transfer facilities, associated instrumentation, communication equipment, and such other equipment (e.g., piping, fittings, clamps, custody meter(s), etc.) necessary for the automatic custody transfer measurement of the Product quantity and quality.
ACT Unit means those units of ACT registered pursuant to that certain Registration Statement on Form S-1, dated March 25, 2021.

Examples of ACT Unit in a sentence

  • During any school year during this Agreement, an ACT Unit Member shall earn a “Discretionary Day” if that bargaining Unit Member uses no more than one sick leave/personal necessity day (or any portion thereof) during that year.

  • To enable more ACT Unit Members to earn an additional Discretionary Day, the District will allow for an ACT Unit Member to count one sick leave day per school year as a non- absence for purposes of this provision, if the ACT Unit Member elects to pay the District for the cost of a substitute on that day.

Related to ACT Unit

  • Heat unit means a unit of energy equal to the product of the peak kilovoltage, milliamperes, and seconds, i.e., kVp x mA x second.

  • Trust Unit means a unit of participation in a unit trust; and

  • Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.

  • Common Unit Price has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).
