Discrimination as used herein shall mean discrimination and harassment as defined by Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, as amended, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California and United States Constitutions, the Equal Pay Act of 1963, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, the Civil Rights Act of 1866, and any other laws and regulations relating to employment discrimination.
