Acreage Dedication definition

Acreage Dedication means Shipper’s dedication of certain acreage to Carrier set forth in Shipper’s TSA. “API” means American Petroleum Institute and its successor.

Examples of Acreage Dedication in a sentence

  • In order to qualify for the 12 Year Term Committed Rate, a Committed Shipper must be an Acreage Dedication Shipper and have entered into a TGSA with Carrier during the Open Season, with such TGSA having a term of 12 years following the In-Service Date.

  • The Committed Rates are contract rates available to any Shipper who executes an Acreage Dedication Agreement on or after February 1, 2018 with a term of ten years and a minimum dedication of 100,000 acres (“Contract Shipper”) and to any designated shipper of a Contract Shipper (“Designated Shipper”).

  • For crude petroleum transported pursuant to an Acreage Dedication Agreement executed with the Carrier on or after February 1, 2018, whereby the Shipper dedicates a cumulative minimum of 100,000 acres, and crude petroleum is delivered to Enterprise Pipeline or Plains Marketing, L.P.’s Terminal at Midland, the rate will not apply.

  • For Crude Petroleum transported pursuant to an Acreage Dedication Agreement executed with the Carrier on or after February 1, 2018, whereby the Shipper dedicates a cumulative minimum of 100,000 acres, and Crude Petroleum is delivered to Enterprise Pipeline or Plains Marketing, L.P.’s Terminal at Midland, the rate will not apply.

  • The “Committed Acreage Dedication Rate” is available to Shippers (1) that have currently effective acreage dedication commitments to the joint tariff system, made during the open season held beginning October, 2016 (“Committed Acreage Dedication Shipper”), (2) that tender Petroleum at the origin points listed in the Table of Local Rates, and (3) that deliver such Petroleum to Bridger Guernsey HUB, Platte County, Wyoming.

  • For Crude Petroleum transported pursuant to an Acreage Dedication Agreement executed with the Carrier in 2016, whereby the shipper dedicates a minimum of 100,000 acres (“Dedicated Area”), the rate will not apply to the first 175,000 barrels per day transported from MSP Midland, Midland County, Texas to Enterprise Pipeline at Midland, Texas (“Monthly Volume”).

  • In addition, Shippers that qualify for the Committed Acreage Dedication Rate will have access to up to 150,000 barrels (in aggregate) of storage capacity at the Bridger Guernsey HUB, Wyoming.

  • In order to qualify for the 10 Year Term Committed Rate, an Acreage Dedication Shipper must have entered into a GSA with Carrier, with such GSA having a minimum term of 10 years following the In-Service Date.

Related to Acreage Dedication

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Acreage means the number of acres of land area of an Assessor's Parcel as shown on an Assessor's Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the Board may rely on the land area shown on the applicable final map, parcel map, condominium plan, or other recorded County parcel map.

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • Project Area means THE AREA WHERE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED FOR THE CITY OF SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.

  • Cultivation site means a location where cannabis is planted, grown, harvested, dried, cured, graded, or trimmed, or a location where any combination of those activities occurs.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:

If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.

  • Harvesting means the killing of bluefin tuna in farms or traps.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

  • Contributory drainage area means the area from which stormwater runoff drains to a stormwater management measure, not including the area of the stormwater management measure itself.
