Acquisition Process definition

Acquisition Process means the process of identifying properties to be acquired, negotiating the terms and conditions of purchase of such property, preparing capital budgets, preparing feasibility studies, reviewing leases, plans, specifications, schematic designs, and other similar documents, preparing and submitting applications and negotiating consents and approvals from regulatory authorities and other third parties (including Occupants), negotiating or re-negotiating leases, determining the need for Modifications, and, finally, the purchasing of a Prospective Acquisition by Acquisition Member.
