Acquisition Percentage is defined as 25.5%
Acquisition Percentage means, as to any Bank, the percentage which (a) the Acquisition Commitment of such Bank (or, after termination of the Acquisition Commitments, the principal amount of such Bank's Acquisition Loans) is of (b) the aggregate amount of Acquisition Commitments (or after termination of the Acquisition Commitments, the aggregate principal amount of all Acquisition Loans). The initial Acquisition Percentage of each Bank is set forth across from such Bank's name on Schedule 2.1.
Acquisition Percentage means, as of any date of determination, expressed as a percentage, (i) the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Acquisition Term Loans divided by (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Term Loans.
