Examples of Acquiror Plans in a sentence

  • Each of the Acquiror Plans is subject only to the laws of the United States or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Section 5.6, Acquiror shall either cause the Continuing Employees to continue to participate in the existing Benefit Plans or, in its sole discretion, cause the Continuing Employees to participate in the Acquiror Plans.
