Definition of Acquirer of the Draft Inducer Divestiture Assets


Acquirer of the Draft Inducer Divestiture Assets means Revcor, the entity to which RBC divests the Draft Inducer Divestiture Assets.

RBC shall enter into a transition services agreement with the Acquirer of the Draft Inducer Divestiture Assets for a period of one year.
