Acquiree Company Subsidiaries means all of the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Acquiree Company, if any.

Acquiree Company Subsidiaries means all of the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Acquiree Company, if any, including but not limited to, AEC Southern Management Limited, a company formed pursuant to the laws of Hong Kong, and 前海美教 (深圳) 咨询管理有限公司, a wholly owned foreign enterprise organized under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Related to Acquiree Company Subsidiaries

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Company means any business, corporation or other entity acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Parent Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Parent.

  • Company Subsidiary means a Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Subsidiaries means Subsidiaries of the Failed Bank acquired pursuant to Section 3.1.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Parent Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of Parent.

  • Subsidiaries means any corporation or other organization, whether incorporated or unincorporated, in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, any equity or other ownership interest.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.
