ACOA Debt definition
ACOA Debt refers collectively to (i) the contributions made by ACOA to MTI Pre- Amalgamation and Lamda Guard in 2015 in the amount of $3,000,000, (ii) the contributions made by ACOA to MTI Pre-Amalgamation in 2018 in the amount of $3,000,000, and (iii) the contributions made by ACOA to MTI Pre-Amalgamation in 2018 in the amount of $100,000.
