ACNC-registered charity means anentity that is registered under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 as the type of entity mentioned in column 1 of item 1 of the table in subsection 25-5(5) of that Act.
Registered Charity means a charitable organization which is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency as a registered charity and listed in the attached link, which may be updated from time to time: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/chrts-gvng/lstngs/menu-eng.html.
Registered Nurse (RN) means an individual licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 152.

Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.
