Accumulation Period Factor definition

Accumulation Period Factor means, for any Collection Period, a fraction with:
Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the initial investor interests (or other amounts specified in the applicable Supplement) of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum of (a) the Initial Investor Interest, (b) the initial investor interests (or other amounts specified in the applicable Supplement) of all outstanding Series (other than Series 2000-1) which are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the initial investor interests (or other amounts specified in the applicable Supplement) of all other outstanding Series which are not allocating Shared Principal Collections to other Series and are in their revolving periods.
Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the initial investor interests of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum of (a) the Initial Investor Interest, (b) the initial investor interests of all outstanding Series (other than Series 1999-E) which are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the initial investor interests of all other outstanding Series which are not allocating Shared Principal Collections to other Series and are in their revolving periods; provided, however, that this definition may be changed at anytime if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied.
