Accrued interest on each Loan definition

Accrued interest on each Loan shall be payable (i) if such Loan is a Base Rate Loan, on each Quarterly Date, (ii) if such Loan is a Eurodollar Loan, on the last day of the Interest Period for such Loan (and, if such Interest Period exceeds three months' duration, quarterly, commencing on the first quarterly anniversary of the first day of such Interest Period), and (iii) in any event, upon the payment, prepayment or conversion thereof, but only on the principal so paid or prepaid or converted; provided that interest payable at the Post-Default Rate shall be payable from time to time on demand of the Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders. Promptly after the determination of any interest rate provided for herein or any change therein, the Administrative Agent shall notify the Lenders and the Company thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 4.02, if at any time the rate of interest set forth above on any Loan of or other obligation payable to any Lender (the "Stated Rate") exceeds the maximum non-usurious interest rate permissible for such Lender to charge commercial borrowers under applicable law (the "Maximum Rate" for such Lender), the rate of interest charged on such Loan of or other obligation payable to such Lender hereunder shall be limited to the Maximum Rate for such Lender. If the Stated Rate for any Loan of a Lender that has theretofore been subject to the preceding paragraph at any time is less than the Maximum Rate for such Lender, the principal amount of such Loan shall bear interest at the Maximum Rate for such Lender until the total amount of interest paid to such Lender or accrued on its Loans hereunder equals the amount of interest which would have been paid to such Lender or accrued on such Lender's Loans hereunder if the Stated Rate had at all times been in effect. If, upon payment in full of all amounts payable hereunder, the total amount of interest paid to any Lender or accrued on such Lender's Loans under the terms of this Agreement is less than the total amount of interest which would have been paid to such Lender or accrued on such Lender's Loans if the Stated Rate had, at all times, been in effect, then the Company shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender an amount equal to the difference between (a) the lesser of (i) the amount of interest which would have accrued on such Lender's Loans if the Maximum Rate for such Lender had at all times been in effect or (i...

Examples of Accrued interest on each Loan in a sentence

  • Accrued Interest means, with respect to Single Family Shared-Loss Loans, the amount of earned and unpaid interest at the note rate specified in the applicable loan documents, limited to 90 days.

  • Interest Only Loan means a Mortgage Loan which only requires payments of interest for a period of time specified in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Interest-Only Period means the period from and including the first Borrowing Date and through and including the sixteenth (16th) Payment Date following the first Borrowing Date.

  • Arrears for this purpose means, in respect of a Loan, on any date that two or more Monthly Payments have become due and remain unpaid by the relevant Borrower, and this reporting line relates to repurchases under clause 8.11 of the Mortgage Sale Agreement.

  • Adjusted Actual/360 Accrued Interest Amount with respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest referred to in clause (B) of the second sentence of the prior paragraph, for any Interest Accrual Period, is an amount of interest equal to the product of (a) the Net Mortgage Rate then in effect (including as a result of any step-up provision) for the related Mortgage Loan under the original terms of such Mortgage Loan in effect as of the Closing Date (without regard to any modifications, extensions, waivers or amendments of such Mortgage Loan subsequent to the Closing Date, whether entered into by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer or in connection with any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding involving the related Borrower), multiplied by (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such Interest Accrual Period, and the denominator of which is 360, multiplied by (c) the Uncertificated Principal Balance of such REMIC I Regular Interest immediately prior to the Distribution Date that corresponds to such Interest Accrual Period; provided that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during (x) December of any year that does not immediately precede a leap year or (y) January of any year, then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be decreased by the Interest Reserve Amount, if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.04(c), from the Distribution Account to the Interest Reserve Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period; and provided, further, that, if the subject Interest Accrual Period occurs during February of any year (or during any December or January preceding the month of the Final Distribution Date), then the amount of interest calculated with respect to the subject REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to this definition for such Interest Accrual Period without regard to this proviso shall be increased by the Interest Reserve Amount(s), if any (and the fraction described in clause (B) of the second sentence of the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly), with respect to the related Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) transferred, in accordance with Section 3.05(c), from the Interest Reserve Account to the Distribution Account on the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs immediately following the end of such Interest Accrual Period.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes at the respective Interest Rate for such Class on the Note Balance of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of the Notes of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class B Notes at the Class B Interest Rate on the Class B Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class C Notes at the Class C Interest Rate on the Class C Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Simple Interest Advance means, with respect to a Simple Interest Receivable, the amount, as of the last day of a Collection Period, which is advanced with respect to such Simple Interest Receivable by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Interest Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • Maximum Uncertificated Accrued Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate applicable to REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ minus the REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) the aggregate amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for such Distribution Date on the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), with the rate on each such REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4) subject to a cap equal to the least of (x) the One-Month LIBOR Pass Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificate, (y) 11.00% per annum and (z) the Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date, and with the rate on each of the REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) the per annum fixed rate specified in the definition of “Pass-Through Rate” for the Corresponding Certificate, and (ii) the related Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and IO) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.   • Compounded Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Class D Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class D Notes at the Class D Interest Rate on the Class D Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class D Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Accrued income means the sum of:

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(ii) hereof.

  • Base Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(i).

  • Interest Only Certificates A Class or Subclass of Certificates not entitled to payments of principal, and designated as such in the Series Supplement. The Interest Only Certificates will have no Certificate Principal Balance.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Simple Interest Loan means any Loan under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined by allocating a fixed level payment between principal and interest, such that such payment is allocated first to the accrued and unpaid interest at the Annual Percentage Rate for such Loan on the unpaid principal balance and the remainder of such payment is allocable to principal.

  • Uncertificated Accrued Interest With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest on each Distribution Date, an amount equal to one month’s interest at the related Uncertificated Pass-Through Rate on the related Uncertificated Principal Balance or related Uncertificated Notional Amount of such REMIC Regular Interest. In each case, Uncertificated Accrued Interest will be reduced by any Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls (allocated to such REMIC Regular Interests as set forth in Section 1.02).

  • Unpaid Interest Amount As of any Distribution Date and any Class of Certificates, the sum of (a) the portion of the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount from Distribution Dates prior to the current Distribution Date remaining unpaid immediately prior to the current Distribution Date and (b) interest on the amount in clause (a) above at the applicable Pass-Through Rate (to the extent permitted by applicable law).

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.
