Accrued Compensation definition

Accrued Compensation means an amount which shall include all amounts earned or accrued through the "Termination Date" (as hereinafter defined) but not paid as of the Termination Date, including (i) base salary, (ii) reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company during the period ending on the Termination Date, (iii) vacation pay and (iv) bonuses and incentive compensation (other than the "Pro Rata Bonus" (as hereinafter defined)).
Accrued Compensation means an amount which includes all amounts earned or accrued by the Executive through and including the Termination Date but not paid to the Executive on or prior to such date, including (a) all base salary, (b) reimbursement for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company during the period ending on the Termination Date, (c) all vacation pay and (d) all bonuses and incentive compensation (other than the Pro Rata Bonus).
Accrued Compensation means all amounts of compensation for services rendered to the Company or any other Affiliate that have been earned or accrued through the Termination Date but that have not been paid as of the Termination Date including (a) base salary, (b) reimbursement for reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company during the period ending on the Termination Date, (c) vacation pay and (d) bonuses and incentive compensation; provided, however, that Accrued Compensation shall not include any amounts described in clause (a) or clause (d) that have been deferred pursuant to any salary reduction or deferred compensation elections made by the Executive.

  • The Company shall pay Executive all Accrued Compensation, but no other compensation or reimbursement of any kind, including without limitation, severance compensation, and thereafter the Company's obligations hereunder shall terminate.

  • The Accrued Compensation will be paid within thirty (30) days after the Termination Date.

  • Any Accrued Compensation and Expenses to which the Executive is entitled shall be paid to the Executive in cash as soon as administratively practicable after the termination and, in any event, no later than two and one-half (2-1/2) months after the end of the taxable year of the Executive in which the termination occurs or at such earlier time as may be required by Section 10 below or to such lesser extent as may be mandated by Section 9 below.

More Definitions of Accrued Compensation

Accrued Compensation means all amounts earned or accrued through the Termination Date but not paid as of the Termination Date including (i) the Base Amount, (ii) reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Corporation during the period ending on the Termination Date, (iii) vacation pay, and (iv) any bonus award with respect to the Corporation's fiscal year ended prior to the Termination Date.
Accrued Compensation has the meaning accorded such term in Section 3.03.
