Accrued Class A-1 Note Interest definition

Accrued Class A-1 Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A-1 Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class A-1 Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall.
Accrued Class A-1 Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A-1 Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class A-1 Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
