Accrual Yield definition

Accrual Yield means the rate specified as such in the applicable Final Terms; and

Accrual Yield means the rate defined, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;

Accrual Yield has the meaning given in the relevant Final Terms;
