Accrual Schedule definition

Accrual Schedule means the list of accrued expenses and payables included as Credit Liabilities more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Repayment Schedule means the schedule of Repayment Instalments in the agreed inserted into this Agreement in accordance with Clause 6.1 (Repayment) as Schedule 1 (Repayment Schedule), and as replaced from time to time pursuant to Clause 6.4;

  • Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date means July 15, 2031.

  • Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2a Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-2b Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-3 Final Scheduled Payment Date, the Class A-4 Final Scheduled Payment Date or the Class B Final Scheduled Payment Date, as the context requires.

  • Accrual Yield means the rate specified as such in the applicable Final Terms; and

  • Accrual Balance means the liability that should be accrued by the Bank, under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”), for the Bank’s obligation to the Executive under this Agreement, by applying Accounting Principles Board Opinion Number 12 as amended by Statement of Financial Accounting Standards Number 106 and the Discount Rate. Any one of a variety of amortization methods may be used to determine the Accrual Balance. However, once chosen, the method must be consistently applied.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Schedule of Prices means the completed price schedule or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Contractor with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract documents.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means January 15, 2021.
