  • Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) means the lowest emission limit that a particular source is capable of meeting by the application of control technology that is reasonably available considering technological and economic feasibility. It may require technology that has been applied to similar, but not necessarily identical source categories.

  • Affirmative action means action appropriate to overcome the effects of past or present practices, policies, or other barriers to equal employment opportunity.

  • Required Noteholders has, with respect to any Series of Notes, the meaning stated in the related Series Supplement.

  • Controlling Party Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Instituting Noteholders has the meaning set forth in Section 7.6(a) of the Indenture.
