Account Betting System definition

Account Betting System means any system or method of electronic communication used by the Company to provide the Sports Betting Game, or used by the Account Holder to participate in the Sports Betting Game, including without limitation, the Internet, telephone, television, radio or any other kind of electronic or other technology facilitating communication in accordance with the Account Opening and Operating Terms and Conditions, as may be amended by the Company from time to time;

Account Betting System means the system through which an Account Holder places a Bet with the Company via telephone or any other communication device(s), in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Governing Betting Accounts, as may be amended by the Company from time to time.

Examples of Account Betting System in a sentence

  • The Company may, at its discretion, make available the option to participate in the Game by Ordinary Entry, System Entry or any other means, methods or permutations, at the Outlets and/or through the Account Betting System, from time to time upon such conditions as the Company may deem fit.

  • No person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall be allowed to purchase a Ticket or to claim any Prize in connection with a Winning Ticket under these Rules, while no one under the age of twenty-one (21) years shall be allowed to place Bets using the Account Betting System.

  • Only an Account Holder can place Bets using the Account Betting System.

  • Once any Bets have been successfully placed through the Account Betting System, no cancellation of the Bet is allowed.

  • The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses whatsoever suffered, incurred, sustained by or threatened against the Account Holder howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, as a result of any failure, error or delay in the Bet placement using the Account Betting System for any reason whatsoever.

  • The Account Holder who places Bet(s) with the Company through the Account Betting System shall be responsible for checking the details in the Transaction History for any errors or omissions therein upon the Transaction History being made available to the Account Holder on the Internet and/or any other electronic media.

  • The Company makes no representation of any kind whatsoever about its computer systems used to conduct the Sports Betting Game or about the Account Betting System, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the non-availability of the Sports Betting Game or the operation (or any failure thereof) of such computer systems or the Account Betting System.

  • To participate in the Sports Betting Game, the Participant has to either place a Bet through the Account Betting System or buy a Ticket at the Outlet.

  • These Sports Betting Game Rules (Remote Betting) apply to Participants who place Bets using the Account Betting System.

  • Payouts for Bets placed through the Account Betting System shall be transferred/credited directly into the Account in accordance with the Account Opening and Operating Terms and Conditions, as may be amended by the Company from time to time.

  • TARGET2 System means the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) system or any successor thereto.
