CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.
Notice Inviting Tender means the notice issued by a SNDB through publication in the newspapers or through electronic means for the purpose of inviting bids, or applications for pre-qualifications, or expression of interests, which may include Tender Notice, Invitation for Bids, Notice for Pre- qualifications or Request for Expression of Interests;
Ready-to-eat food means food that is in a form that is edible without washing, cooking, or additional preparation by the food establishment or the consumer and that is reasonably expected to be consumed in that form. Ready-to-eat food includes:
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
Offeror’s Notice means the notice described in Section 10.3; and
Reminder Notice means a notice in writing issued in accordance with clause 7.1(1)(a).
General Notice means any notice given in accordance with this Agreement other than a Transfer Notice;
Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.
Repurchase Response Notice means a notice delivered by the Indenture Trustee at the direction of the Administrator to a Noteholder or Note Owner indicating that a Repurchase Request is unresolved.
Response Notice is defined in Section 14.3(b)(ii).
Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.
Notice of Dispute has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(f)(iii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Summary Notice means the Summary Notice of (I) Pendency of Class Action, Certification of Settlement Class, and Proposed Settlement; (II) Settlement Fairness Hearing; and (III) Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Litigation Expenses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A, to be published as set forth in the Preliminary Approval Order.
Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).
Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Final Notice shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(g)(iii) hereof.
Preliminary Notice means the notice of intended Termination by the Party entitled to terminate this Agreement to the other Party setting out, inter alia, the underlying Event of Default.
Seller’s Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5(a).
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.

Request for Release A release signed by a Servicing Officer, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.
Second Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b)(ii).
Notice of Election to Purchase has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(b).
