All Accommodations Fees paid by the County or the City to the Escrow Agent shall be paid at the Escrow Agent’s principal corporate trust office.
All Accommodations Fees paid to the Escrow Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement shall be held in an Escrow Fund (as defined in the Escrow Agreement) and applied in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
