Accommodation Period definition

Accommodation Period in Section 1(b) of the Accommodation Agreement is hereby amended by (x) deleting the date “August 11, 2009 (8:00 p.m. (Eastern time))” in clause (i) thereof and replacing it with “August 13, 2009 (8:00 p.m. (Eastern time))” and (y) deleting the dates “August 12, 2009” and “August 11, 2009” in clause (iv) thereof and replacing them with “August 14, 2009” and “August 13, 2009” respectively.
