The proposed assignee’s disclosure that is required by PPB Rule § 2-08(e) must be submitted within 30 Days after the ACCO has granted preliminary written approval of the proposed assignee, if required.
Within 30 Days after receipt of the complete Notice of Dispute, the ACCO or, in the case of construction or construction-related services, the City Engineer, City Resident Engineer, City Engineering Audit Officer, or other designee of the Agency Head, shall submit to the Agency Head all materials he or she deems pertinent to the dispute.
