This policy shall include coverage for Sudden and Accidental pollution events, Gradual pollution events, On- site and off-site clean-up costs, including remediation expenses, Third-party bodily injury and property damage, including loss of use, Environmental damage and natural resource restoration costs, Non-owned disposal site coverage (if applicable).
Coverage shall include but not limited to bodily injury including death, personal injury, property damage including loss of use thereof, blanket contractual liability, completed operations liability, non-owned vehicle, contingent employer liability, owner's and contractor's protection and contain a cross liability, severability of insured clause and an extension for Sudden and Accidental pollution with a sublimit of no less than $5,000,000 per claim.
Onsite Cleanup and Sudden and Accidental pollution legal liability insurance on a named perils basis with a limit commensurate (in the reasonable opinion of the Insurance Consultant) with industry practice for like construction projects, sufficient to meet contractual requirements but not less than one million Dollars ($1,000,000).
