We will pay the Person(s) Insured the amount stated in the Schedule of Benefits for each completed twenty-four (24) hours a Person(s) Insured is hospitalised for treatment as a result of an Accident, up to a maximum of sixty (60) days in any one Period of Insurance, provided that such hospitalisation occurs within 14 days of the Accident.
Every two years the Transportation Director shall perform a review in conjunction with the union Accident Review Committee (LU President and two designees).

In the event of a claimed on-the-job accident or occupational disease that involves the care of a physician or lost time from work, the Agency agrees to assist employees with the preparation of the appropriate State Accident Insurance Fund claim form.
