Accessory use or building definition

Accessory use or building means a subordinate use or building customarily incidental to and located upon the same lot occupied by the main use or building.

For purposes of this chapter, an enclosed trailer is a vehicle without motive power used or so manufactured or constructed as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets and highways, enclosed to provide protection from the weather and having an overall area of more than one hundred twenty (120) square feet.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
