Accessibility Condition definition

Accessibility Condition has the meaning set forth in Appendix 11
Accessibility Condition means a state or condition of the relevant Functional Unit or the means of access to it which allows all persons who are entitled to enter, occupy, use, or access the relevant Functional Unit to do so safely and conveniently.
Accessibility Condition means a state or condition of the relevant Functional Unit or the means of access to it which allows all persons who are entitled to enter, occupy or use the relevant Functional Unit to enter and leave the Functional Unit safely and conveniently and using any of the normal access routes, as further described in Section 3.11 (Accessibility), 3.14 (Building Circulation Systems), 3.15 (Stair System Requirements), 3.16 (Elevator and Escalators System Requirements), and 3.24 (Courtroom Accessibility) of the Performance Specifications.

Related to Accessibility Condition

  • Eligibility Conditions means the eligibility conditions specified in Clause 4.

  • Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.

  • Accessibility means the ability for persons served to enter, approach, communicate with, or make use of the services of an agency, including but not limited to the need for bilingual staff, minority-specific programming, staffing patterns that reflect community demographics and adequacy of hours of operation.

  • Obstetric condition means a condition that is listed under Group T4 (Obstetrics) in the Medicare Benefits Schedule.

  • Review Conditions means (i) the Delinquency Percentage for any Payment Date exceeds the Delinquency Trigger for that Payment Date and (ii) the Noteholders or Note Owners, as applicable, have voted, pursuant to Section 2.03(d) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, to direct an Asset Representations Review of the Subject Receivables.
