Access to List of Holders. (a) If the Trustee is not acting as Certificate Registrar, the Certificate Registrar will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee, within fifteen days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar of a request by the Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders of each Class as of the most recent Record Date.

Access to List of Holders. A Holder may, upon payment to the Security Trustee of a reasonable fee, require the Security Trustee to furnish within 10 days after receiving the affidavit or statutory declaration referred to below, a list setting out (i) the name and address of every Holder, (ii) the aggregate number of Senior Preferred Shares owned by each such Holder, and (iii) the aggregate number of Senior Preferred Shares then outstanding, each as shown on the records of the Security Trustee on the day that the affidavit or statutory declaration is delivered to the Security Trustee. The affidavit or statutory declaration, as the case may be, shall contain (i) the name and address of the Holder, (ii) where the applicant is a corporation, its name and address for service, (iii) a statement that the list will not be used except in connection with an effort to influence the voting of the Holders, or any other matter relating to the Guarantee, and (iv) such other undertaking as may be required by applicable law. Where the Holder is a corporation, the affidavit or statutory declaration shall be made by a director or officer of the corporation.

Access to List of Holders. Upon the written applications of Holders of Certificates representing greater than $2,000,000 in aggregate Denomination (hereinafter referred to as "applicants") to the Trustee, which application states that the applicants desire to communicate with other Holders with respect to their rights under this Agreement or under the Certificates, the Trustee shall, within five Business Days after the receipt of such application, afford such applicants access during normal business hours to the most recent Certificate Register. Every Holder agrees with the Trustee that neither the Trustee nor the Certificate Registrar shall be held accountable by reason of disclosure pursuant hereto of any information included in the Certificate Registrar, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
Access to List of Holders. (a) The Certificate Registrar, and if the Indenture Trustee is not acting as Note Registrar, the Note Registrar will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Indenture Trustee, within [fifteen] days after receipt by the Certificate Registrar or the Note Registrar of a request by the Indenture Trustee in writing, a list, in such form as the Indenture Trustee may reasonably require, of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders and the Noteholders of each Class as of the most recent Record Date.
Access to List of Holders. NAMES AND ADDRESSES Each Holder and each Owner shall be deemed to have agreed not to hold the Depositor, the Property Trustee, or the Administrators accountable by reason of the disclosure of its name and address, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
