Access Privileges definition

Access Privileges means the rights and abilities assigned to a specific Authorized User account (e.g., read-only access, write access, certain patient access, etc.)
Access Privileges is given the meaning as defined by OneChicago Rule 102 (including, without limitation, any successor Rules thereto).

Examples of Access Privileges in a sentence

  • In addition to the other rights reserved hereunder, Valero reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately suspend Access Privileges with regard to any employee of Carrier that Valero believes poses a threat to the safety of such employee or others.

  • Following the Effective Date, Valero and/or the Third Parties will notify Carrier of the required method of exercising Access Privileges at the designated Terminals and will provide Carrier with access cards and/or other materials as such party deems appropriate.

  • Valero may, in its sole discretion, change, amend, or modify the Access Privileges during the term of this Carrier Access Agreement (the “Agreement”), and any such change, amendment, or modification will become binding on Carrier immediately upon notification by Valero.

  • The relevant procedures are currently set forth in NARA Directive 275, Background and Identity Verification Process for Access Privileges, and NARA will provide the most up-to-date version of the Directive to the Foundation or its contractor(s) and any subcontractors.

  • Access Privileges A certain level of access to MyCopyright allocated to a User by the Rightsholder’s Authorised Person.

  • User An employee or contractor of the Rightsholder who has Access Privileges (including each Authorised Person).

Related to Access Privileges

  • Trading Privileges means Trading Access or the right granted to a Person to use the SEF operated by BSEF for execution of Swaps. No Person may exercise Trading Privileges on behalf of a Participant during any suspension of such Participant’s Trading Privileges.
