Access barrier definition
Access barrier means a fence, wall, building wall, or combination thereof that completely encloses a pool and obstructs access.
Access barrier means and refer to any condition not in compliance with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, subject to Section 12.9. Access Requests may be made by Settlement Class members with a request form that shall be made available by the City and shall be in a form substantially similar to the request form attached to this Settlement Agreement as Exhibit “G”.
