Access Arrangements definition

Access Arrangements means the access arrangements applying to strategic pipelines which are referred to in Section 75, or the access arrangements applying to strategic petroleum processing facilities which are referred to in Section 89, as the case may be;
Access Arrangements means the arrangements in force from time to time under which a party is or becomes entitled to transport any natural gas to be supplied under this Agreement whether entered into pursuant to the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipelines or otherwise.
Access Arrangements means adjustments approved by the awarding bodies to enable candidates with disabilities, special educational needs, medical illnesses and/or temporary injuries to undertake assessments without being disadvantaged

  • The Service Provider may (if the Relevant Regulator agrees) voluntarily submit separate Access Arrangements (together with Access Arrangement Information) for different parts of the Covered Pipeline, so that the separate Access Arrangements in total apply to the whole of the Covered Pipeline.

Access Arrangements means the proposed access arrangements (within the meaning of the Code) of:

  • Cash Management System shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.01(e).

  • netting arrangement means an arrangement under which a number of claims or obligations can be converted into a single net claim, including close-out netting arrangements under which, on the occurrence of an enforcement event (however or wherever defined) the obligations of the parties are accelerated so as to become immediately due or are terminated, and in either case are converted into or replaced by a single net claim, including ‘close-out netting provisions’ as defined in point (n)(i) of Article 2(1) of Directive 2002/47/EC and ‘netting’ as defined in point (k) of Article 2 of Directive 98/26/EC;

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Secured Cash Management Agreement means any Cash Management Agreement that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Cash Management Bank.

  • Treasury Management Arrangement means any agreement or other arrangement governing the provision of treasury or cash management services, including deposit accounts, overdraft, credit or debit card, funds transfer, automated clearinghouse, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services and other cash management services.

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Specified Cash Management Agreement any agreement providing for treasury, depositary or cash management services, including in connection with any automated clearing house transfers of funds or any similar transactions between the Borrower or any Guarantor and any Lender or affiliate thereof or any Agent or affiliate thereof, which has been designated by such Lender and the Borrower, by notice to the Administrative Agent not later than 90 days after the execution and delivery by the Borrower or such Guarantor, as a “Specified Cash Management Agreement”.

  • Cash Management Agreement means any agreement to provide cash management services, including treasury, depository, overdraft, credit or debit card, electronic funds transfer and other cash management arrangements.

  • Control Agreements means, collectively, the Deposit Account Control Agreement, the Securities Account Control Agreement and the Commodity Account Control Agreement.

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organizational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Service Agreements means the agreements in the agreed form to be entered into between the Company and each of the Founders;
