Accepting Class definition

Accepting Class means a Class that votes to accept the Plan in accordance with section 1126 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Accepting Class means a Voting Class in which more than fifty percent of the number of voting Creditors holding Allowed Claims in such Class and at least two-thirds of the dollar amount of Allowed Claims in such Class vote to accept the Plan, in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code. 1.Securities Act.
