Accepted engineering practice means a specification, standard, guideline or procedure in the field of plumbing or related thereto, generally recognized and accepted as authorita- tive documented through national standards or specifications.

A person must be construed to practice or offer to practice engineering, within the meaning and intent of this chapter who:

  • Current Good Manufacturing Practices or “cGMP” means applicable Good Manufacturing Practices as specified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations and/or the EU Good Manufacturing Guidelines, and any successor legislation from time to time, prevailing at the time of the manufacture of the Product.
