  • The Member’s participation in an Incentive Programme shall be governed by these General Terms, the relevant Specification and the Accepted Application Form (being the “Agreement”).

  • The applicability of the Client’s (general) conditions to the Agreement, the Accepted Application Form, the Conditions or the Manual is excluded.

  • Any disputes between the parties relating to the Agreement, the Accepted Application Form, the Conditions, or the Manual, may be submitted exclusively to the court in the Netherlands.

  • You may only use your Site for the purpose specified in your Accepted Application Form.

  • If, at Rabobank’s discretion, there are reasonable grounds to doubt proper performance by the Client or any third parties engaged by it with respect to the obligations under the Agreement, the Accepted Application Form, the Conditions, or the Manual, Rabobank may cause an independent party to audit the Client’s accounting records and (computer) systems.

  • The Client will ensure that the third parties 6/8 engaged by the Client are fully aware of, and bound by, the obligations ensuing for the Client from the Agreement, the Accepted Application Form, these Conditions, and the Manual.

Related to Accepted Application Form

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Acceptance Letter means the letter from Adviser to BD pursuant to which the Adviser appoints BD as a Broker Dealer for each series of MuniPreferred issued by any Fund that has executed a Request Letter.

  • Certified applicator means any individual who is licensed as a commercial pesticide applicator, commercial pesticide operator, public operator, private-commercial applicator, demonstration and research applicator, or certified private applicator, or any other individual who is certified by the director to use or supervise the use of any pesticide which is classified by the EPA or the director as a restricted use pesticide.

  • Fee Application means an application for allowance and payment of a Fee Claim (including Claims for “substantial contribution” pursuant to section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code).

  • Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Tab 3 to Exhibit A.

  • Authorization Form means a form specified in s. 440.73.

  • Application Deadline means 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the final day of the Application Period.

  • Request for Purchase shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(3).

  • Bid Declaration Form means a declaration by the Bidders in form as specified inAnnexure III of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Transfer Application means an application and agreement for transfer of Units in the form set forth on the back of a Certificate or in a form substantially to the same effect in a separate instrument.
